Coastal Protection and Management (Coastal Management Districts) Regulation 2003 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Coastal Protection and Management (Coastal Management Districts) Regulation 2003 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 28 August 2006] Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Coastal Protection and Management (Coastal Management Districts) Regulation 2003 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 29 December 2003. Part 2 Coastal management districts 3 Coastal management districts Each of the areas described in the schedule— (a) is a coastal management district; and (b) has the name stated, in the schedule, for the district; and (c) has the coastal building lines stated, in the schedule, for the district.
