s1 3 s2 Petroleum (Entry Permission—Oil Company of Australia (Moura) Transmission Pty Limited) Notice 2003 PETROLEUM (ENTRY PERMISSION—OIL COMPANY OF AUSTRALIA (MOURA) TRANSMISSION PTY LIMITED) NOTICE 2003 [reprinted as in force on 22 August 2003] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Petroleum (Entry Permission—Oil Company of Australia (Moura) Transmission Pty Limited) Notice 2003 . 2 Permission to enter land—Act, s 67 (1) Oil Company of Australia is granted permission to enter the land to investigate and survey it for planning a proposed pipeline. (2) The permission is granted on the condition that Oil Company of Australia must not do any of the following— (a) excavate the land; (b) clear the land or waters on the land; (c) construct, place or otherwise fix a building or other structure, other than a fence or gate, on the land; (d) dispose of, or store, garbage or a poisonous, toxic or hazardous substance on the land or in waters on the land. (3) In this section— “block identification map” means a map that forms part of the series of maps known as the ‘Block Identification Map—Series B’ held by the department. 1 “Oil Company of Australia” means Oil Company of Australia (Moura) Transmission Pty Limited ACN 072 109 865. 1 A copy of each map in the series may be inspected, free of charge, during office hours on business days at the department’s office at Level 3, 41 George Street, Brisbane.
