the Second, Her Heirs and Successors, in theoffice of
magistrate and that I will treat everyone fairly andwithout bias according to law—SO HELP ME
GOD!’.(2)For the purpose of section 9(1) of the
Act, the affirmation is asfollows—‘I,,solemnlyaffirmthatIwillproperlyserveHerMajestyQueenElizabeththeSecond,HerHeirsandSuccessors,intheofficeofmagistrateandthatIwilltreateveryone fairly and without bias according
