s1 3 s2 Petroleum (Entry Permission—RLMS Pty Ltd) Notice 2003 PETROLEUM (ENTRY PERMISSION—RLMS PTY LTD) NOTICE 2003 [reprinted as in force on 27 June 2003] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Petroleum (Entry Permission—RLMS Pty Ltd) Notice 2003 . 2 Permission to enter land—Act, s 67 (1) RLMS is granted permission to enter the land to investigate and survey it for planning proposed pipelines. (2) The permission is granted on the condition that RLMS must not do any of the following— (a) excavate the land; (b) clear the land or waters on the land; (c) construct, place or otherwise fix a building or other structure, other than a fence or gate, on the land; (d) dispose of, or store, garbage or a poisonous, toxic or hazardous substance on the land or in waters on the land. (3) In this section— “block identification map” means a map that forms part of the series of maps known as the ‘Block Identification Map—Series B’ held by the department. 1 “RLMS” means RLMS Pty Ltd ACN 010 432 694. “the land” means the land stated in the schedule as blocks on a block identification map. 1 A copy of each map in the series may be inspected, free of charge, during office hours on business days at the department’s office at Level 3, 41 George Street, Brisbane.
