Community Ambulance Cover Regulation 2003 [s 1] Community Ambulance Cover Regulation 2003 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 1 July 2011] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Community Ambulance Cover Regulation 2003 . 2 Definitions In this regulation— bank bill yield rate , for a day, means the monthly average yield of 90-day bank accepted bills published by the Reserve Bank of Australia for the month of May in the financial year immediately preceding the financial year that includes the day. Editor’s note — The monthly average yield for 90-day bank accepted bills is published in the Reserve Bank of Australia Bulletin and can be accessed on the internet at <www.rba.gov.au>. electricity tariff schedule means the Tariff Schedule— (a) the subject of a gazette notification of 14 June 2002, at pages 676 to 687; or (b) the subject of any later gazette notification that replaces the notification mentioned in paragraph (a). 3 Annual levy prescribed—Act, s 19 For section 19(2) of the Act, the annual levy is— (a) $109.05 for the financial year starting on 1 July 2010; and (b) $112.98 for the financial year starting on 1 July 2011. Community Ambulance Cover Regulation 2003 [s 4] 4 Notification of daily levy—Act, s 20 For section 20(3) of the Act, the daily levy is— (a) 29.877c for the financial year starting on 1 July 2010; and (b) 30.869c for the financial year starting on 1 July 2011. 5 Prescribed types of tariffs—Act, s 99 (1) The following types of tariffs, as described in the electricity tariff schedule, are prescribed for section 99(2) of the Act— • Tariff 62—Farm—Time-of-Use • Tariff 63—Farm—Time-of-Use (Obsolescent) • Tariff 64—Irrigation—Time-of-Use (Obsolescent) • Tariff 65—Irrigation—Time-of-Use • Tariff 66—Irrigation • Tariff 68—Irrigation Pumping in Drought Declared Area. (2) The following types of tariffs, as described in the electricity tariff schedule, are prescribed for section 99(3) of the Act— • Tariff 31—Night Rate (Super Economy) • Tariff 33—Controlled Supply (Economy). 6 Amount of voluntary contribution taken to be levy—Act, s 104 For section 104(3), definition relevant amount , of the Act, the amount prescribed is $20.00. 7 Amount of levy that may be waived—Act, s 110 For section 110(1) of the Act, the amount prescribed is $20.00. Community Ambulance Cover Regulation 2003 [s 8] 8 Interest rate for late payment to entitled person—Act, ss 118 and 123 For sections 118(3)(b) and 123(3)(b) of the Act, the prescribed rate of interest is an annual rate that is the sum of the following— (a) the bank bill yield rate for the day for which interest is payable, rounded to the nearest second decimal point; (b) 8%. 9 Interest rate for unpaid levy—Act, s 125 For section 125(2) of the Act, the prescribed rate of unpaid levy interest is an annual rate that is the sum of the following— (a) the bank bill yield rate for the day for which interest is payable, rounded to the nearest second decimal point; (b) 8%.
