s1 3 s3 Fair Trading (Pull-Back Action Target Game) Order 2003 Fair Trading (Pull-Back Action Target Game) Order 2003 [reprinted as in force on 14 February 2003] 1 Short title This order may be cited as the Fair Trading (Pull-Back Action Target Game) Order 2003 . 2 Supply of pull-back action target game, or substantially the same goods, prohibited The supply of a pull-back action target game or goods substantially the same as a pull-back action target game is prohibited under section 85 1 of the Act. 3 Meaning of pull-back action target game (1) A pull-back action target game is a game consisting of the following items— (a) suction cup tipped darts that do not meet the requirements of the small parts test in AS/NZS ISO 8124, part 1, clause 5.2; (b) a model of a firearm, designed to propel the darts; (c) a target. (2) A set consisting of the items mentioned in subsection (1)(a) and (b) is also a pull-back action target game . 1 Section 85 (Minister may make orders prohibiting or restricting supply of dangerous or undesirable goods or services) of the Act
s3 4 s3 Fair Trading (Pull-Back Action Target Game) Order 2003 (3) In this section— AS/NZS ISO 8124 means joint Standards Australia and Standards New Zealand standard AS/NZS ISO 8124 as in force at 1 January 2003. 2 2 AS/NZS ISO 8124 (Safety of toys), part 1 (Safety aspects related to mechanical and physical properties (ISO 8124-1:2000, MOD)), clause 5.2 (Small parts test). A copy of the standard may be purchased from Standards Australia, 232 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. A copy of the standard may be inspected, free of charge, at the Product Safety Branch of the Office of Fair Trading, 55 Little Edward Street, Brisbane.
