effect(1)This regulation is necessary to enable
the appointment of the memberoftheBoardofProfessionalEngineersofQueenslandmentionedinsection 82(2)(a)(i)oftheActtobemadeundertheActsInterpretationAct 1954,section 17(1).1(2)Under theActs
Interpretation Act 1954,section 17(3), this regulationtakes
