Corporation) Notice 2002.2DefinitionsIn this
notice—“block identification map”means a map that
forms part of the series ofmaps known as the ‘Block Identification
Map—Series B’ held by thedepartment.1“Queensland Power”means Queensland
Power Trading Corporation.2“the land”means
the land stated in the schedule as blocks and sub-blockson a
block identification map.3Permission to
enter land—Act, s 67Queensland Power is granted permission to
enter the land to investigateand survey the
land for planning a proposed pipeline.4Condition of entry permissionThe
entry permission is granted on the condition that Queensland
Powermust not do any of the following—1A copy of each map in the series may
be inspected, free of charge, during officehours on business
days at the department’s office at Level 3, 41 George Street,Brisbane.2Queensland Power Trading Corporation is a
statutory GOC under theGovernmentOwned
Corporations Act 1993.

the land or waters on the land;(c)construct,placeorotherwisefixabuildingorotherstructure,other
than a fence or gate, on the land;(d)dispose of, or store, garbage or a
poisonous, toxic or hazardoussubstance on the
land or in waters on the land.5Expiry of noticeThis notice
expires 1 year after it commences.
