Dates shown on reprints Reprints dated at last amendment All reprints produced on or after 1 July 2002, authorised (that is, hard copy) and unauthorised (that is, electronic), are dated as at the last date of amendment. Previously reprints were dated as at the date of publication. Electrical Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2002 [s 1] Electrical Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2002 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 1 January 2010] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Electrical Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2002 . 2 Making codes of practice—sch 1 (1) The documents mentioned in schedule 1 have been made as codes of practice. Editor’s note — The codes of practice are available on the department’s website at <www.dir.qld.gov.au> or may be purchased from Goprint, 371 Vulture Street, Woolloongabba, 4102. (2) The information in schedule 1, column 2 is included for information purposes only. Note in relation to schedule 1, column 2 — Under section 44(5) of the Act, a code of practice made under section 44 of the Act expires 10 years after its commencement. 3 Amended codes of practice—sch 2 (1) Each code of practice mentioned in schedule 2 has been amended. (2) The instrument that under schedule 2 amends the code of practice has been made. 4 Repealed codes of practice—sch 3 (1) Each code of practice mentioned in schedule 3 has been repealed.
