s1 3 s2 Fisheries (BHC) Disease Declaration 2002 FISHERIES (BHC) DISEASE DECLARATION 2002 [reprinted as in force on 2 August 2002] 1 Short title This declaration may be cited as the Fisheries (BHC) Disease Declaration 2002 . 2 Disease declaration—Act, s 94 (1) A residue of BHC that has a concentration greater than 0.01 mg/kg for the residue in fisheries resources is declared to be a declared disease for the Act. (2) In this section— “BHC” means a chemical that is the sum of isomers of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6-hexachlorocyclohexane, other than lindane.
