Local Government (Aboriginal Lands) Regulation 2001 [s 1] Local Government (Aboriginal Lands) Regulation 2001 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 16 August 2013] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Local Government (Aboriginal Lands) Regulation 2001 . 2 Reservation of parts of Shire of Aurukun—Act, s 3(4) and (6) (1) The land within the Shire of Aurukun, mentioned in schedule 1, column 1, is reserved and set apart as a reserve for the purposes stated opposite in column 2. Editor’s note — A plan mentioned in this regulation may be inspected during business hours at the department’s head office in Brisbane. (2) The person mentioned opposite the land in column 3 is appointed as trustee for the reserve. Current as at 16 August 2013 Page 3
