s1 3 s3 Petroleum (Entry Permission—RLMS Pty Ltd) Notice 2001 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Petroleum (Entry Permission—RLMS Pty Ltd) Notice 2001 . 2 Permission to enter land—Act, s 67 (1) Permission is given to RLMS Pty Ltd ACN 010 432 694 (the “holder” ) to enter land stated in the schedule to investigate and survey it for planning for a proposed pipeline. (2) The land is stated in the schedule as blocks on a block identification map. (3) The permission is given on the condition that the holder must not do any of the following— (a) excavate the land; (b) clear the land or waters on the land; (c) construct or place a building, structure or other thing (other than a fence or gate) that is a fixture on the land; (d) dispose of, or store, garbage or a hazardous, poisonous or toxic substance on the land or in waters on the land. (4) In this section— “block identification map” means a map that forms part of the series of maps known as the ‘Block Identification Map—Series B’ held in the department. 1 3 Expiry This notice expires 1 year after it commences. 1 A copy of each map in the series may be inspected, free of charge, during office hours on business days at the department’s office at 61 Mary Street, Brisbane.
