(Victoria) Investments Pty LtdACN 092 648 792
(the“holder”) to enter land
stated in the schedule toinvestigate and survey it for planning
for a proposed pipeline.(2)The land is
stated in the schedule as blocks and sub-blocks on a blockidentification map.(3)The
permission is given on the condition that the holder must not
doany of the following—(a)excavate the land;(b)clear the land or waters on the land;(c)construct or place a building,
structure or other thing (other thana fence or gate)
that is a fixture on the land;(d)dispose of, or store, garbage or a
hazardous, poisonous or toxicsubstance on the
land or in waters on the land.(4)In
this section—“block identification map”means a map that
forms part of the series ofmaps known as
the ‘Block Identification Map—Series B’ held in thedepartment.13ExpiryThis notice
expires 1 year after it commences.1A
copy of each map in the series may be inspected, free of charge,
during officehours on business days at the department’s
office at 61 Mary Street, Brisbane.
