s1 3 s4 Nature Conservation (Protected Plants Harvest Period) Notice 2000 NATURE CONSERVATION (PROTECTED PLANTS HARVEST PERIOD) NOTICE 2000 [reprinted as in force on 4 October 2002] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Plants Harvest Period) Notice 2000 . 2 Commencement This notice commences on 1 January 2001. 3 Harvest period for particular protected plants A harvest period for endangered, vulnerable, rare and common plants starts on 1 January 2001 and ends on 31 March 2002. 4 Repeal The Nature Conservation (Protected Plants Harvest Period) Notice (No. 2) 1996 is repealed.
