s1 3 s3 Local Government (Malls) Regulation 2000 LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MALLS) REGULATION 2000 [reprinted as in force on 4 October 2000] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Local Government (Malls) Regulation 2000 . 2 Penalty for prescribed infringement For the Local Government (Chinatown and The Valley Malls) Act 1984 , section 31 and the Local Government (Queen Street Mall) Act 1981 , section 25, the penalty is 1 penalty unit. 3 Repeal The Local Government (Chinatown and The Valley Malls) Regulation 1990 is repealed.
