Health Practitioners (Professional Standards) Regulation 2000 [s 1] Health Practitioners (Professional Standards) Regulation 2000 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 1 December 2009] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Practitioners (Professional Standards) Regulation 2000 . 2 Witness allowances—Act, ss 150 and 193 The allowance payable to a witness for attendance at a hearing before a board, disciplinary committee or panel is the allowance that would be payable under the Uniform Civil Procedure (Fees) Regulation 2009 , part 4, to the person for attendance at court if the person were a relevant person under that regulation.
