Radiation Safety (Radiation Safety Standards) Notice 1999 [s 1] Radiation Safety (Radiation Safety Standards) Notice 1999 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 1 January 2005] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Radiation Safety ( Radiation Safety Standards) Notice 1999 . 2 Making radiation safety standards The documents mentioned in the schedule have been made as radiation safety standards. 4 Where copies of standards etc. are available for inspection Copies of the standards and the provisions of any document applied, adopted or incorporated by the standards are available for inspection, without charge, during normal business hours at the department’s office dealing with radiation health and safety.
