s1 3 s4 Dairy Industry (Market Milk Prices) Order 1999 DAIRY INDUSTRY (MARKET MILK PRICES) ORDER 1999 [reprinted as in force on 1 January 2003] 1 Short title This order may be cited as the Dairy Industry (Market Milk Prices) Order 1999 . 2 Commencement This order commences on 1 November 1999. 3 Definitions In this order— “flavoured milk” means milk, other than UHT milk, with the addition of flavouring. “flavoured UHT milk” means UHT milk with the addition of flavouring. “UHT milk” means milk treated by— (a) heating it to a temperature of at least 132ºC for at least 1 second; and (b) packaging it in hermetically sealed packages as required by the Food Standards Code under the Australia New Zealand Food Authority Act 1991 (Cwlth). 4 Minimum price for purchase of milk by processor—Act, s 23(1) The minimum price to be paid by a processor for milk purchased in the following periods is the price, expressed in cents, fixed under the schedule stated for the period— (a) 1 November 1999 to 31 December 1999—schedule 1; (b) on or after 1 January 2000—schedule 2.
