s1 3 Litter Regulation 1999 LITTER REGULATION 1999 [reprinted as in force on 29 June 1999] ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Litter Regulation 1999 . ˙ Prescribed sum—Act, s 9 2. For section 9(2)(d) 1 of the Act, the prescribed sum is $25. ˙ Repeal 3. The Litter Regulation 1988 is repealed. s3 1 Section 9 (Penalties exacted by way of notice to offender) of the Act
