s1 3 s4 Government Owned Corporations (Ergon Corporatisation) Regulation 1999 GOVERNMENT OWNED CORPORATIONS (ERGON CORPORATISATION) REGULATION 1999 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 2 July 1999] PART 1—PRELIMINARY 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Government Owned Corporations (Ergon Corporatisation) Regulation 1999 . 2 Commencement Parts 2 and 4 and the schedule commence on 30 June 1999. 3 Purpose The purpose of this regulation is to declare that Ergon is a GOC (a company GOC). 1 4 Definition In this regulation— “Ergon” means Ergon Energy Corporation Limited ACN 087 646 062. 1 On 10 June 1999, Ergon Energy Corporation Limited ACN 087 646 062 was declared to be a candidate GOC under the Government Owned Corporations Regulation 1995 , section 5.
