Liens on Crops of Sugar Cane Regulation 1999 [s 1] Liens on Crops of Sugar Cane Regulation 1999 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 1 July 2011] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Liens on Crops of Sugar Cane Regulation 1999 . 2 Other particulars to be included in register For the Act, section 5(2)(c) the following are particulars to be included in the register— (a) the day the lien was made; (b) the day the lien will expire; (c) a reference code the lienee uses to identify the lien; (d) a description of the crop to which the lien relates and the land on which the crop is growing; (e) if the registration is renewed—the date of renewal of registration. 3 Way of applying for registration The following are ways a person may apply for registration under the Act, sections 6(1)(a), 7(1)(a), 7E(2)(a), 7J(2)(a) or 7N(2)(a)— (a) in the approved form; (b) by electronic transmission of the information required by the approved form in a format substantially similar to the approved form. Liens on Crops of Sugar Cane Regulation 1999 [s 4] 4 Inspecting the register For the Act, section 7C(1)(a), the offices of the department at the following places are offices where the register may be inspected— (a) Brisbane; (b) Cairns; (c) Mackay; (d) Maroochydore; (e) Rockhampton; (f) Southport; (g) Townsville. 5 Particulars to be included in register on discharge of registered lien For section 7K(a) of the Act, the following are particulars to be included in the register— (a) the date of discharge or partial discharge; (b) for a partial discharge of a lien—the description of the land to which the partial discharge relates. 6 Fees The fees payable under the Act are in the schedule. 7 Repeal The Liens on Crops of Sugar Cane Regulation 1994 is repealed.
