s1 3 s4 Dairy Industry (Market Milk Prices) Order (No. 2) 1998 DAIRY INDUSTRY (MARKET MILK PRICES) ORDER (No. 2) 1998 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 4 March 1999] ˙ Short title 1. This order may be cited as the Dairy Industry (Market Milk Prices) Order (No. 2) 1998 . ˙ Commencement 2. This order commences on 1 January 1999. ˙ Definitions 3. In this order— “flavoured milk” means milk (other than UHT milk) with the addition of flavouring. “flavoured UHT milk” means UHT milk with the addition of flavouring. “UHT milk” means milk treated by heating to a temperature of at least 132°C for at least 1 second and packaging in hermetically sealed packages approved under the Food Standards Code adopted under the Food Standards Regulation 1994 . ˙ Minimum price for purchase of milk by processor—Act, s 23(1) 4. The minimum price to be paid by a processor for the purchase of milk from a producer or another processor for processing as market milk is fixed under the schedule.
