s1 3 s4 Brisbane Forest Park Regulation 1998 Brisbane Forest Park Regulation 1998 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 4 July 2000] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Brisbane Forest Park Regulation 1998 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 21 December 1998. 3 Brisbane Forest Park—Act, s 5(1) For section 5(1) of the Act, the Brisbane Forest Park comprises the land shown as the Brisbane Forest Park on the map mentioned in the schedule. 1 4 Board members—Act, s 13(1)(bc) Each of the following is a department for section 13(1)(bc) of the Act— (a) the department responsible for economic and trade development; (b) the department responsible for education; (c) the department responsible for tourism. 1 Under section 5(3) of the Act, a map showing the area of the park may be inspected, and purchased, at the Brisbane office of the Department of Natural Resources, currently located at 41 George Street, Brisbane.
