s1 3 s2 Intellectually Disabled Citizens Regulation 1998 INTELLECTUALLY DISABLED CITIZENS REGULATION 1998 [reprinted as in force on 2 April 1999] ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Intellectually Disabled Citizens Regulation 1998 . ˙ Register of applications and reviews 2.(1) The chairperson must keep a register of— (a) applications made under section 27 of the Act; 1 and (b) reviews carried out under section 28 of the Act. 2 (2) The register must record the following information for each intellectually disabled citizen named in an application or the subject of a review— (a) the citizen’s full name, date of birth and place of residence; (b) the citizen’s status, that is, whether or not the citizen is an assisted citizen; (c) whether or not the citizen’s estate is being managed under the Act by the public trustee; (d) the full name and place of residence of the citizen’s nearest relative; (e) details of the application or review; (f) the date, time and place on and at which the application or review was decided; 1 Section 27 of the Act (Applications for approvals and reviews) 2 Section 28 of the Act (Review)

s3 4 s3 Intellectually Disabled Citizens Regulation 1998 (g) particulars of the council’s decision on the application or review; (h) each variation in the citizen’s status or in the management under the Act of the citizen’s estate; (i) any other particulars relevant to the citizen. (3) The register kept under the Intellectually Disabled Citizens Regulation 1989 is continued for this regulation. ˙ Repeal 3. The Intellectually Disabled Citizens Regulation 1989 is repealed.
