force on 2 April 1999]˙Short title1.ThisregulationmaybecitedastheIntellectually Disabled
CitizensRegulation 1998.˙Register of applications and
reviews2.(1)The chairperson
must keep a register of—(a)applications
made under section 27 of the Act;1and(b)reviews carried
out under section 28 of the Act.2(2)Theregistermustrecordthefollowinginformationforeachintellectually
disabled citizen named in an application or the subject of areview—(a)the
citizen’s full name, date of birth and place of residence;(b)the citizen’s status, that is, whether
or not the citizen is an assistedcitizen;(c)whether or not the citizen’s estate is
being managed under the Actby the public
trustee;(d)thefullnameandplaceofresidenceofthecitizen’snearestrelative;(e)details of the application or review;(f)the date, time and place on and at
which the application or reviewwas

the council’s decision on the application or review;(h)each variation in the citizen’s status
or in the management underthe Act of the citizen’s

Regulation1989is continued for this
regulation.˙Repeal3.TheIntellectually Disabled Citizens
Regulation 1989is repealed.
