This notice may be cited as the Primary Producers’ Organisation and Marketing (Commercial Fishers General Levy) Notice 1998 . ˙ Amount of levy 2. Under section 30F(10)(b) 1 of the Act, the general levy made on members of commercial fishermen’s local branches is $485. ˙ Payment of levy 3.(1) A member must pay the levy if a licence is issued to the member or if the member’s licence is renewed. Repeal 4.(1) The Primary Producers’ Organisation and (Commercial Fishers General Levy) Notice 1997 is repealed. (2) This section expires the day after it commences. 4 Marketing 4 This provision has expired and is included in this reprint for informational purposes only. It will be omitted in the next reprint.
