brands(1)Asheepbrandthatmaybeallottedandregisteredundersection 10(1) of the Act must consist
of—(a)1 or 2 letters of the alphabet;
or(b)1 or 2 numerals; or(c)1 letter and 1 numeral; or(d)a sign or symbol.Editor’snote—For the position
of a sheep brand, see section 10(3) to (3C) of the Act.(2)In subsection (1)—numeralmeans a whole number from 0 to 9, both
inclusive.7Pig brandsThe shapes and
patterns for pig brands that may be allottedand registered
