s1 3 s4 Petroleum Products Subsidy Regulation 1998 Petroleum Products Subsidy Regulation 1998 [reprinted as in force on 26 May 1998] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Petroleum Products Subsidy Regulation 1998 . 2 Definitions In this regulation— claim for a payment means a claim by a registered distributor of eligible petroleum products for a payment under the Act. 3 Claims for payments—Act, s 6 (1) An authorised officer may approve the form of a claim for a payment. (2) A claim for a payment must be in the form approved under subsection (1). 4 Repeal The Petroleum Products Subsidy Regulation 1978 is repealed.
