s1 3 Superannuation (Public Employees Portability) Notice 1998 s3 Superannuation (Public Employees Portability) Notice 1998 [reprinted as in force on 28 May 1998] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Superannuation (Public Employees Portability) Notice 1998 . 2 Eligible superannuation schemes—Act, s 12 Each superannuation scheme stated in the schedule is an eligible superannuation scheme. 3 Repeals The instruments made under section 12 of the Act as notifications are repealed.

4 Superannuation (Public Employees Portability) Notice 1998 Schedule Eligible Superannuation Schemes section 2 1 Commonwealth Superannuation Scheme established under the Superannuation Act 1976 (Cwlth). 2 Defence Forces Retirement Benefits Superannuation Scheme established under the Defence Forces Retirement Benefits Act 1948 (Cwlth) and Defence Force Retirement and Death Benefits Act 1973 (Cwlth). 3 Endeavour Foundation Staff Retirement Plan administered under a trust deed dated 1 July 1984. 4 Superannuation Scheme for Australian Universities administered under a trust deed dated 24 December 1982. 5 Northern Territory Government and Public Authorities Superannuation Scheme established under the Superannuation Act 1986 (NT). 6 Public Sector Superannuation Scheme established under the Superannuation Act 1990 (Cwlth). 7 ETSA Contributory Superannuation Scheme established under the Electricity Corporations Act 1994 (SA).
