This regulation may be cited as the Pharmacy Regulation 1997 . ˙ Prescribed qualifications—Act, s 19(1)(a) 2. For section 19(1)(a) of the Act, the prescribed qualifications for registration as a pharmacist are the qualifications stated in the schedule.
