(No. 1) 1997.(Entry˙Permission to enter land—Act, s 672.(1)Permission is
given to Chevron Asiatic Limited (the“holder”)
toenter the land in the schedule to investigate
and survey it for planning for aproposed
pipeline.(2)The land is shown in the schedule as
blocks on a block identificationmap.(3)Permission is given on the condition
that the holder must not do anyof the
following—(a)excavate or clear the land;(b)construct or place a building,
structure or other thing (other than afence or gate)
on the land;(c)dispose of, or store, garbage or a
poisonous, toxic or hazardoussubstance on the
land or in waters on the land.(4)In
this section—“block identification map”is a
map that forms part of the series of mapsknownasthe‘BlockIdentificationMap—SeriesB’heldinthedepartment.
