s1 3 s2 Stamp (Mortgage, Bond, Debenture and Covenant) Order 1997 STAMP (MORTGAGE, BOND, DEBENTURE AND COVENANT) ORDER 1997 [reprinted as in force on 1 March 2002] 1 Short title This order in council may be cited as the Stamp (Mortgage, Bond, Debenture and Covenant) Order 1997 . 2 Approved instruments exempt The instruments mentioned in the schedule are approved as instruments to which clause 5 of the exemptions under the heading “MORTGAGE, BOND, DEBENTURE, AND COVENANT” in schedule 1 of the Act applies.
