s1 3 s4 Bills of Sale and Other Instruments Regulation 1996 BILLS OF SALE AND OTHER INSTRUMENTS REGULATION 1996 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 23 October 1998] ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Bills of Sale and Other Instruments Regulation 1996 . ˙ Endorsement of instrument 2. A person applying for registration of an instrument must endorse on the instrument the class of instrument to which it belongs. ˙ Register 3. The register of registered instruments under section 10 of the Act may be kept in 1 or more of the following ways— (a) on printed paper; (b) on microfiche; (c) on microfilm; (d) on magnetic tape; (e) in computer memory. ˙ Fees 4. The fees payable under this Act are in the schedule.
