s1 2 s3 Petroleum (Entry Permission) Notice (No. 1) 1996 PETROLEUM (ENTRY PERMISSION) NOTICE (No. 1) 1996 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 22 August 1997] ˙ Short title 1. This notice may be cited as the Petroleum (Entry Permission) Notice (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Meaning of “block identification map” 2. A “block identification map” is a map that forms part of the series of 17 maps known as ‘Block Identification Map—Series B’ held in the office of the department. ˙ Entry permission given 3.(1) Entry permission is given to Allgas Energy Ltd (the “holder” ), for the land in the blocks on the block identification maps specified in the schedule, to investigate and survey the land for a proposed pipeline from the Roma–Brisbane pipeline near Gatton to Gympie. (2) Entry permission is given on the condition that the holder must not do any of the following under the permission on land to which the permission relates— (a) excavate or clear the land or waters on the land; (b) construct or place any building, structure or other thing (other than a fence or gate); (c) dispose of or store garbage or a poisonous, toxic or hazardous substance on the land or in waters on the land.
