s1 3 s3 Credit (Fisher & Paykel Finance Pty Limited Exemption) Order 1996 Credit (Fisher & Paykel Finance Pty Limited Exemption) Order 1996 [reprinted as in force on 2 August 1996] 1 Short title This order in council may be cited as the Credit (Fisher & Paykel Finance Pty Limited Exemption) Order 1996 . 2 Definitions In this order— approved supplier , of goods or services, means a person who— (a) supplies the goods or services to someone else (a customer ); and (b) has an agreement with the company under which a customer may, at the supplier’s premises, sign an application for credit from, or a loan contract with, the company. company means Fisher & Paykel Finance Pty Limited ACN074265197. 3 Exemption (1) Parts 3 to 8 of the Act do not have effect in relation to— (a) the provision of credit by the company under a loan contract entered into between the company and a person; or (b) a matter that is preliminary to, or consequential on, the provision of the credit. (2) Subsection (1) applies only if all or part of the credit provided under the loan contract is, or is intended by the company to
