s1 3 s2 Water Resources (Water Supply Agreements) Regulation 1996 WATER RESOURCES (WATER SUPPLY AGREEMENTS) REGULATION 1996 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 19 April 2002] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (Water Supply Agreements) Regulation 1996 . 2 Approval of corporation supplying water—Act, s 15 For section 15 1 of the Act, the terms of each agreement 2 mentioned in the schedule are approved. 1 Section 15 (Power of corporation to supply water by agreement) of the Act 2 A copy of each agreement mentioned in the schedule may be inspected at the department’s office in Mineral House at 41 George Street, Brisbane.
