s1 3 s3 Drugs Standard Adopting Regulation 1996 Drugs Standard Adopting Regulation 1996 [reprinted as in force on 18 September 1996] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Drugs Standard Adopting Regulation 1996 . 2 British pharmacopoeia—Act, s 5 (1) The 1993 edition of the British pharmacopoeia has effect for the Act. (2) The additions to, or amendments of, the 1993 edition, stated in the schedule also have effect for the Act. 3 Repeal All statutory instruments made under the Act, other than this regulation, are repealed.
