Trustee Companies Regulation 1996 [s 1] Trustee Companies Regulation 1996 [reprinted as in force on 6 November 1998] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Trustee Companies Regulation 1996 . 2 Investment of part of paid-up capital The sum that is directed under section 56(1A) of the Act in relation to trustee companies generally is $100000. 3 Repeals All subordinate legislation made under the Act, and in force immediately before the commencement, is repealed.
