s 1 3 s 3A Superannuation (State Public Sector) Regulation 1996 Superannuation (State Public Sector) Regulation 1996 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 23 September 2005] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Regulation 1996 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 February 1996. 3 Declared units of the State public sector For section 2(1) of the Act, definition unit of the State public sector , each of the entities mentioned in the schedule is a unit of the State public sector. 3A Declared eligible schemes For section 2A of the Act, the following superannuation schemes are eligible schemes for the Act— • Q ◆ Invest Retirement Fund • Parliamentary Contributory Superannuation Fund established under the Parliamentary Contributory Superannuation Act 1970 • Queensland Ambulance Service Superannuation Scheme established under the Ambulance Service Act 1991 .

(2) The declaration of South East Queensland Water Corporation Limited ACN 088 729 766 as a unit of the State public sector is taken to have commenced on 17 March 2000. (3) The declaration of the Gladstone Economic and Industry Development Board as a unit of the State public sector is taken to have commenced on 20 April 2000.
