s1 3 s4 Transport Infrastructure Regulation 1995 Transport Infrastructure Regulation 1995 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 18 August 2000] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Transport Infrastructure Regulation 1995 . 2 Miscellaneous transport infrastructure For the purposes of schedule 3 1 of the Act— miscellaneous transport infrastructure includes— (a) a pipeline (whether underground or aboveground) for transporting chemical, gas or petroleum products, or mineral slurry; and (b) a conveyor belt; and (c) works constructing, facilitating the operation of, or maintaining the pipeline or conveyor belt. 3 Extension of period to identify boundaries etc. The period mentioned in section 215(1) 2 of the Act is extended by 2 years. 4 Extension of expiry period for the Act, s 221 The period mentioned in section 221(4) 3 of the Act is extended by 2 years. 1 Schedule 3 (Dictionary) 2 Section 215 (Boundary identification etc.) 3 Section 221 (Continuation of Transport Infrastructure (Railways) Act 1991, ss 49 and 51)
