s1 3 s3 Place Names Regulation 1995 PLACE NAMES REGULATION 1995 [reprinted as in force on 7 March 1995] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Place Names Regulation 1995 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 March 1995. 3 Excluded places The places mentioned in the Schedule are prescribed under section 4(2)(g) of the Act.
4 Place Names Regulation 1995 SCHEDULE EXCLUDED PLACES section 2 of the regulation 1. A marine park under the Marine Parks Act 1982 . 2. A protected area under the Nature Conservation Act 1992 .
