This regulation may be cited as the Commonwealth Aluminium Corporation Pty Limited Agreement (Weipa Town Area) Regulation 1994 . Area excluded from Shire of Cook—Agreement, cl 43(a) 2.(1) The area described in the schedule is excluded from the Shire of Cook. (2) The area is called the Weipa Town Area. Weipa Town Area is a local government area— Agreement, cl 44(a) 3. The Weipa Town Area is a local government area.
