s1 3 s2 Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Queensland Rail) Regulation 1994 STATUTORY BODIES FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS (QUEENSLAND RAIL) REGULATION 1994 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 8 December 1995] ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements (Queensland Rail) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Application of pt 4 of the Act 2. Part 4 of the Act (other than the provisions already applied by section 47(2) of the Act) is declared to apply, without limit of time, to Queensland Rail for financial arrangements (including a purchase option agreement) comprising or connected with— (a) a sale to, a lease from or a sale to and lease-back from, an entity established, incorporated or resident outside Australia, of rolling stock or locomotives, whether directly or through 1 or more interposed entities; and (b) the transfer or novation of rights or obligations arising under the arrangements specified in paragraph (a).
