commences on 16 May 1994.3Declaration about
answers(1)If a person is required to sign a
declaration under section 8(1)(c) ofthe Act, the
inspector must—(a)writedownthequestionsandanswerswhentheyareaskedormade; and(b)write
down the answers the person gives; and(c)read
out the questions and answers to the person; and(d)allow the person to read the record;
and(e)sign every page of the record of the
questions and answers; and(f)attachtherecordtoadeclarationintheformapprovedbythechief
executive.(2)The person—(a)must
cooperate with the inspector to make a true record; and(b)may change the record before signing
the declaration; and(c)mustsignthedeclarationwhen,andonlyif,thepersonissatisfied the record is correct.

19944Objection to proposal to declare order
obsoleteA notice of objection under section 31(2) of
the Act must be—(a)in the form approved by the chief
