This regulation may be cited as the District Courts (Venue of Appeals) Regulation 1994 3–4 . ˙ Appeals venues appointed (s 5 of the Act) 2. The following places are appointed places where jurisdiction of a District Court to hear and determine all appeals may be exercised— • Cairns • Mackay • Maroochydore • Southport • Toowoomba.
