s1 3 s4 Liens on Crops of Sugar Cane Regulation 1994 LIENS ON CROPS OF SUGAR CANE REGULATION 1994 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 11 July 1997] ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Liens on Crops of Sugar Cane Regulation 1994 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 April 1994. ˙ Fees 3. The fees payable for the purposes of the Act are set out in the Schedule. ˙ Forms 4.(1) The prescribed forms for the purposes of the Act are the forms approved by the chief executive of the department. (2) A person may ask the chief executive for a document setting out an approved form. (3) The chief executive must promptly comply with the request.
