s1 3 s3 Starcke Pastoral Holdings Acquisition Regulation 1994 STARCKE PASTORAL HOLDINGS ACQUISITION REGULATION 1994 [reprinted as in force on 1 November 1996] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Starcke Pastoral Holdings Acquisition Regulation 1994 . 2 Acquisition Starcke Pastoral Holdings, other than occupation licence 14/573, Cooktown, is prescribed for section 4(1) (Acquisition) of the Act. 3 Termination of occupation licences Section 4(1) (Acquisition) of the Act has effect as the immediate termination of occupation licences 14/471, 14/485 and 14/487, Cooktown.
