s1 3 s2 District Court Regulation 1993 District Court Regulation 1993 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 22 April 2005] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the District Court Regulation 1993 . 2 Places where court is to be held and declaration of districts (1) The District Court is to be held at the places mentioned in the schedule, column 1. (2) The district for the District Court at a place mentioned in the schedule, column 1, consists of the district or districts for Magistrates Courts mentioned in the schedule, column 2 set out opposite the place.
