s1 3 s4 Egg Industry Regulation 1993 EGG INDUSTRY REGULATION 1993 [as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before 5 September 1997] ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Egg Industry Regulation 1993 . ˙ Transfer date 2. The day fixed for the purposes of the definition “transfer date” in section 4 of the Act is 1 January 1994. ˙ Share distribution scheme approval—Act, s 14 2A.(1) The share distribution scheme dated June 1994 and prepared by Price Waterhouse for the Company is approved. (2) It is available for inspection at the office of the chief executive 1 during ordinary business hours of the office. (3) The chief executive must, on payment by a person of the fee decided by the chief executive, give the person a copy of the share distribution scheme. ˙ Annual fee payable by quota holder—Act, s 73(2) 3. For section 73(2) 2 of the Act, the prescribed annual fee payable by the holder of a quota is fixed at $2. ˙ Transfer fee payable by quota holder—Act, s 76(2)(b) 4. The transfer fee payable under section 76(2)(b) (Transfer of quotas) of the Act is $50. 1 80 Ann Street, Brisbane 2 Section 73 of the Act (Conditions of quota)

The dissolution date is the date this section commences. ˙ Abolition date—Act, s 127 7. The poultry industry fund is abolished on the date this section commences.
