This regulation may be cited as the Eagle Farm Racecourse Regulation 1993 3 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 17 December 1993. ˙ Description of trust land 3. For the purposes of the definition “trust land” in section 3 of the Act, the land specified in the Schedule is trust land. ˙ Description of racing venue land 4. For the purposes of the definition “racing venue land” in section 3 of the Act, the land specified in item 5 of the Schedule is racing venue land.
