This regulation may be cited as the Willows Sports Complex Regulation 1993 3 . ˙ Tenders not required 2. For the purposes of section 4(2) of the Act, section 19(4) of the Local Government Act 1936 does not apply to agreements made by the Willows Sports Complex Joint Board for works, and goods and materials incidental to the works, specified in the Schedule.
